Nigeria has been declared Ebola-free by the World Health Organization; meanwhile, in Texas, dozens of people who had contact with an Ebola patient were taken off a watch list. The United Nations has released a report about the alarming rise of executions in Iraq. Turkey will allow Kurdish fighters to cross into Syria to aid in the fight against ISIS. And China is blaming the United States for derailing cybersecurity talks.
